The LPN provides services in accordance with the policies and procedures of the agency, under the direction of a licensed physician and/or a Registered Nurse. Position accountable for all Nursing Care behaviors described in the Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse job descriptions.
Sans Bois Health Services personal care assistants (pca) work specifically with members receiving medicaid advantage services or state plan personal care services. all services provided is unique to each member. PCA's provide bathing, housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, errands and laundry services. When needed, Sans Bois has an available staff of certified aides to assist with technical support such as use of hoyer lift, catheter care, range of motion exercises and much more according to the members plan of care.
